ABOUT CAFÉ GUERRA
Our History
The story of Café Guerra begins with the Guerra family, who around the 1940s settled in the mountains of Bambito, Panama, in a place they named Alto Los Guerra. From the beginning, they dedicated themselves to growing coffee of the Typica and Bourbon varieties. Over the years, production shifted toward general agriculture, but in 2015 the family returned to its roots, gradually resuming the cultivation of specialty coffees.
Today, Café Guerra is born with a clear purpose: to introduce the world to the specialty coffee of the Panamanian Highlands. We are passionate about offering the best high-altitude coffee experience, from the source to the cup. Our Finca Nahaliel, located in Alto Los Guerra, is our flagship farm and our learning cradle. We also partner and work hand in hand with allied farms, carefully selecting only the highest quality beans, and we enhance their global projection through processes that bring out the best of each harvest.

To achieve this, at Café Guerra we apply an artisanal and rigorous approach to every step of the process. Our team personally oversees the harvesting, processing, and fermentation, guaranteeing that only the beans meeting our exacting standards reach the cup. This total control allows us to offer a specialty coffee that is not only fresh and sustainable but also faithfully reflects the essence and character of our mountains.
